Ms. Luxia Zhang，B.A. in law, graduated from the faculty of law, University of Heilongjiang in China. She has been working in the field of education and is an experienced, dedicated and caring teacher. She has participated in many workshops and training programs for overseas Chinese teachers and was recognized for Excellence in Teaching by the Provincial Commission of Higher Education in China. Ms. Zhang obtained higher education teacher’s qualification from the Commission of Higher Education of the People’s Republic of China. She has published some works and essays in China and overseas and has won honors on various occasions.
