2021-2022學年招生簡章 Registration Information

一、開設班級 Course List：

        1.星期六 Saturday：廣東話班 Cantonese class    上午班：9時至中午12時   Morning class: 9am-noon.
                                           普通話班 Mandarin class     下午班：1時至下午4時      Afternoon class: 1pm-4pm

        2.星期日 Sunday：普通話簡體字班 Mandarin class with simplified written Chinese  

                                        上午班：9時至中午12時 Morning Class: 9am-noon.

學分課程(十年级至十二級)：廣東話15、25、35及普通話10、20、30，修畢課程後共可獲亞省教育廳認可的15學分（每年級各5學分，中文成績可作為高校招生之參考 依據）。

• Every Grade 10,11 and 12 courses are accredited by Alberta Learning. These courses are known respectively as Cantonese 15,25,35 or Mandarin 10,20,30. Upon successful completion (60% overall average or higher), students will be given 5 credits for every course, 15 credits in total.

二、開學日期 Start date： 2021年9月11日（星期六）Sep 11, 2021 (Saturday)
                                                 2020年9月12日（星期日）Sep 12, 2021 (Sunday)

三、註冊及學費繳交辦法 How to Register：
         新舊生均須填妥學生註冊表，並與支票一併繳交。All students need to complete the Registration Forms, and submit along with the tuition fees.
         學費 Tuition: $340（全年 whole year）—— ECS（星期日Sunday）、幼低、幼高 Kindergarten（星期六 Saturday）(幼高另加$20畢業費 GKU has extra $20 for graduation fee)
                  $320（全年 whole year）—— 一年级至六年級 Grade 1 to Grade 6（六年級另加$40畢業費 Grade 6 has extra $40 for graduation fee）
                  $320（全年 whole year）—— 七年级至十二年級 Grade 7 to Grade 12（九年级及十二年級另加$40畢業費 Grade 9 & 12 has extra $40 for graduation fee）

          a. 家長可以一次繳交全部費用，支票上日期為註冊當日日期；

          b. 或先交留位費  $60, 支票日期為註冊當日日期，留位费一概不予退還或轉讓

                           餘款    $280, 支票日期為2021年9月1日 ( 幼低、幼高), 幼高另加$20畢業費

                           餘款    $260, 支票日期為2021年9月1日 ( 一年级至十二年級), 六,  九 及十二年級另加$40畢業費 Grade 6, 9 & 12 have extra $40 for graduation fee
          c.支票抬頭：Calgary Chinese Public School Society

• 若在6月30日前報名, 可獲優惠減免學費$20。

          a. Parents can pay the full cost at a time, the date on the check is the date of registration;

         b. Or pay by 2 cheques.

              1st cheque      $60   registration fee (cheque dated the date of the registration), non-refundable and non-transferable.

              2nd cheque  $280  balance                (cheque dated Sep 1, 2021) for Lower and Upper Kindergarten,

                                                                                                                                 GKU has  extra $20 for graduation fee

                                      $260  balance                (cheque dated Sep 1, 2021), for Grade 1 to Grade 6,

                                                                                                                                 Grade 6, 9 and 12 have extra $40 for graduation fee

        c. Cheque payable: Calgary Chinese Public School Society

• For those students who register by Jun 30, 2021 will receive a discount of $20 on the tuition fee.

四、學生於開學前擬申請退學者，須於9月1日或以前用書面通知本校辦理。本校將扣除手續費$60，餘款退還申請人。若在開課日後申請退學，學費一概不予退還或轉讓。Students intending to apply for withdrawal from the school before the start of the school must notify the school in writing on or before September 1. The school will deduct the handling fee of $60 and the balance will be refunded to the applicant. Tuition fees will not be refunded or transferred if you apply for withdrawal after the start date.

五、任何調動需在註冊日期內向校務處申請。在開學後的任何要求，校方將酌情處理，並繳收手續費$60。Any transfer must be made to the School Office within the registration date. At any request after the start of the school, the school will handle it at its discretion and pay a handling fee of $60.

校舍辦公時間：星期一至星期六上午9時至下午5時（逢星期三休息）；
公眾假期休息；7月及8月-星期六、星期日休息

School Office Hours: Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm (closed on Wednesdays); closed on statutory holidays; closed in July and August – Saturday and Sunday.
